Job Description
Affinius Capital is seeking a Vice President of FFO to oversee the fund of funds, open-end vehicles, and other perpetual financial reporting and investor servicing processes. This role involves quarter-ly financial results, investor reporting, and operational requests from internal and external stakeholders, working closely with Portfolio Management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record in financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in investor reporting, fund accounting, or financial analysis
- Strong background in fund accounting and investor reporting
- Real estate private equity experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with institutional investors
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Juniper Square, Workiva, and Yardi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
