Job Description
Stronghold Investment Management is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Operations to serve as a trusted partner across financial and personal management, strategic capital allocation, and financial reporting. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles
- Experience supporting executive leadership and investor communications
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills
- Familiarity with private investments and capital markets
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
