Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to maintain UIs and APIs for their Checkout Experience team. This role involves owning and delivering quarterly goals, supporting engineers, and collaborating with product and analytics teams to improve the user experience. The focus is on ensuring a positive and seamless checkout experience, supporting feature development, and contributing to key metrics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue
- Proficiency in working with Javascript/Typescript
- Experience defining a technical plan for the delivery of a significant feature or system component
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership of code/process improvement
