The EHS Manager will develop and refine EHS procedures, manage emergency response capabilities, and advise management on EHS matters. They will also conduct accident and near miss investigations, review and approve new chemicals and equipment, and maintain safety systems.
Requirements
- BS/BA in EHS related technical, scientific, or engineering discipline
- 5-8 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or related field
- Experience in the collection, evaluation, and reporting of EHS data
- Ability to build relationships and gain cross-functional support
- Experience managing direct reports and overseeing a formal Safety Management System
