Implementation Project Manager (m/f/d) - DACH

They are seeking a Full-Time Implementation Project Manager to manage a portfolio of customers in the Implementation phase and provide partner support to unlock their potential. The role focuses on understanding customer goals and ensuring customer success through engagement and onboarding.

Requirements

• Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market customers in the Implementation phase.
• Supervise and coordinate business and technical processes for the setup of customized solutions.
• Drive customer engagement by developing a deep understanding of your client’s strategic, financial and operational goals.
• Become an Agicap product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
• Take ultimate ownership for Customer Health and Onboarding turnaround time.
• Enhance the current team’s project management skills.
