Job Description
This Observability Engineer role focuses on streamlining AHEAD’s Managed Services platforms by leveraging technology to proactively manage customer environments. The role involves automating operational tasks, maintaining toolsets, and providing customer support. Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Datadog and Elastic Observability Platform, PowerShell, and Python is essential.
Requirements
- BS/BA Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 3+ years administrating an enterprise environment with 24x7x365 uptime
- Demonstrated experience with monitoring and event management technologies
- Scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Perl or Python
- Experience with SOAP and Rest APIs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
