Observability Engineer (Multiple Headcounts)

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is seeking an experienced Observability Engineer to lead and evolve their monitoring, logging, and observability strategy and implementation. The role involves defining, translating requirements into technical solutions, partnering with internal and external teams, and driving data-driven insights to improve system reliability, performance, and transparency. The ideal candidate will treat observability as a product, continuously improving the telemetry stack to support a proactive and performance-oriented culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in infrastructure monitoring, observability, or SRE focused roles
• Deep understanding of observability principles (metrics, logs, traces)
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Elastic Stack, Datadog)
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills
• Experience working with external contractors
• Experience defining and managing SLOs and SLIs
• Product mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
