Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and visa processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365 preferred).
• Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation and influencing ability.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
