- Experience in Sourcing, Screening & Conducting Interviews
- Strong Microsoft Word skills for CV formatting and editing
- Tech-savvy with experience in ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Eager to learn and develop into a full-cycle recruiter
