As the Business Talent Acquisition Specialist at the AI Robot Association (AIRoA), you will drive the recruitment of business professionals who support and accelerate our initiatives, including roles in strategy, communications/PR, HR, general affairs, and internal IT.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment (in-house at a business company, startup, etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience recruiting for business roles (e.g., sales, business development, planning, corporate functions)
• End-to-end recruitment experience from defining hiring requirements and selecting channels to coordinating the selection process and closing offers
