Physician
MD/DO license in Internal/Family Medicine/Adult Gerontology/Infectious Disease. DEA & Furnishing license. 15-18 patients/day experience is required. CPR/BLS certification

MD/DO license required and an AAHIVM Certification within 18 months. Must be comfortable with serving underserved populations
Health Navigator Residential 5 (LPN)
Graduate of School of LPN and licensed in FL (3+ yrs exp). 3+ yrs experience is required. ACDE knowledge preferred
Director of Finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, CPA or MBA preferred. 7+ years of nonprofit finance experience with federal & state grant management
Assistant Facilities Manager
HS diploma/equivalent and 2+ yrs exp. req. FDE license & insurance needed. HVAC or flooring exp. is a plus. Proficiency in basic math & understanding of assembly instructions
