The ideal candidate will take full ownership of complex cases, execute with speed and precision, and thrive in a high-accountability, productivity-based environment.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA credited U.S. law school, active license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience (removal defense and federal litigation focus)
• Proficiency in USCIS, DOL, DOS, ICE, EOIR, and federal courts immigration procedures
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong organizational and accountability skills, proven record of meeting deadlines and productivity goals
• Familiarity with Jira or equivalent project/case management tools
• Excellent communication skills
