Requirements
- 5-7 years' experience in digital customer success, customer success operations, user or developer relations, corporate consulting focused on large-scale innovation projects or change management.
- Demonstrated 'intrapreneurial' mindset, 'wild duck' attitude and energizer within your role / company.
- Knowledge of complex stakeholder management and internal and external cross-team collaboration.
- Track record of owning KPIs related to B2B product adoption, engagement, innovation-led growth, or user growth, and motivated by ambitious growth goals.
- Strong communicator able to adapt to different seniority levels and contexts, from end users to C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading events with large or executive-level audiences, with strong attention to details, ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using usage data to influence strategy and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated creativity in conceptualizing and executing adoption strategies and related items, with aesthetical, original and innovative contributions.
