Aily Labs is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager to join their team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions for valued customers, driving innovative solutions, and acting as a bridge between customers and development teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Business, and/or Product Management, with SaaS experience
- Experience working with large enterprise Pharma customers (Fortune Global 500/Big Pharma/Pharma 50)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and being comfortable interacting with senior management of large corporations
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Independent worker and being able to take responsibility that timelines are met
- Strategically look at the bigger picture and not tunnel vision on small details
- Simplify the complex and communicate the same way
