Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist

AIRCO is seeking a Procurement & Accounts Payable Specialist to support logistics, sourcing, vendor management, and accounts payable processes. This role is based in New Britain, PA and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely payment and accurate financial reporting. The position offers an opportunity to work with innovative technology in the growing sustainable aviation fuel sector.

Requirements

• Manage accounts payable process to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Expedite orders, manage status of purchasing needs, and communicate delays or issues to Procurement Manager.
• Execute RFPs for new products and services, contributing to contract negotiations.
• Work closely with members of the Finance team on FP&A and month-end close.
