Strategic Sourcing Manager, Fuel Production Systems

AIRCO is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to build and manage the supply base for its fuel production systems. The role involves developing and owning the sourcing strategy for process equipment, BOP, and electrical components, and driving cost, quality, delivery, and risk management across multiple vendors.

Requirements

• 7+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supply base management, ideally for process equipment, skids, or complex industrial systems
• Proven experience building or scaling a multi-vendor supply base
• Strong background in sourcing on cost, quality, delivery, and risk (total cost of ownership mindset)
• Hands-on materials planning experience (MRP, demand/supply matching, inventory management)
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
