Job Description
The Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), the largest non-governmental aviation safety organization in the world, is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator & Design Assistant for their Tysons (McLean), Virginia office. This role combines production coordination, administrative support, and entry-level design work to support the Design and Production Team, contributing to efficient project delivery and creative output. It requires balance between coordination, vendor engagement, and creative tasks.
Requirements
- Manage job requests through Work Request System (WRS)
- Assist with project tracking and workflow organization
- Process invoices and chargebacks
- Coordinate with vendors
- Support translation workflows
- Provide copy editing and proofreading support
- Manage label management
- Provide administrative support in areas such as reporting and archival documentation
- Support layout design
- Provide simple graphics and copy editing
- Provide administrative support in areas such as labeling
- Maintain an up-to-date organizational skill set
