The production coordinator partners with internal departments and external vendors to manage the production process, ensuring high quality and cost effectiveness. The role involves working with outside vendors, designers, buyers, and a production environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a print production environment and working with outside vendors
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs
- Professional, detail oriented, self-starter, capable of working with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills including phone, business e-mail and video conferencing
- Aptitude to interface with other employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Bachelor’s in graphic design or business
