Frontend Tech Lead

AirDNA is looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to help shape the future of their product experience and technical direction. The role involves leading frontend technical strategy, building customer-facing features, shaping the frontend guild, mentoring engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering
• 5+ years of recent experience in React and TypeScript
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with React Query, Recoil, Redux, or other state/data management approaches
• Experience with Google Maps API or other data visualization libraries
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and containerization
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms
• Experience with data-intensive apps, large-scale visualizations, or personalization at scale
