Job Description
AirDNA is looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to help shape the future of our product experience and technical direction. As a Tech Lead, you’ll guide technical decisions across squads, mentor engineers, and help set the long-term direction of our frontend practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering, with at least 5 years of recent experience in React and TypeScript
- Frontend expert with experience scaling and optimizing large-scale SPAs
- Full-stack capable with experience contributing to backend systems (Python/Django/FastAPI, AWS, data pipelines)
- Technical leader with experience leading technical discussions, influencing architecture decisions, and aligning teams toward common engineering standards
- Mentor with experience leveling up others, giving thoughtful feedback, and guiding careers
- Collaborator with experience thriving in cross-functional environments and translating business goals into technical strategy
- Forward-thinking with experience staying current on frontend trends, evaluating emerging tools, and bringing pragmatic innovation to the team
