Job Description
AirTrunk is a rapidly growing hyperscale data centre company seeking a Technical Operations BMS Controls Service Engineer to join its APJ team. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) across the region, leading incident response, and contributing to system performance improvements. The engineer will collaborate with a Technical Operations team and work closely with site teams to ensure system reliability and support infrastructure development.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, programming, and integration of Tridium Niagara based control systems
- Awareness of mission-critical data center infrastructure
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, UPS, and automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, DNP3)
- Proficiency in PLC code, data centre automation protocols, and scripting
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience in plant optimisation and tuning
- Hands-on experience with DDC, BMS, and SCADA products
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, BCA, AS, and relevant codes and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
