Head of Implementation (m/f/d)

Amundi Technology Wealth/aixigo AG is seeking a dynamic leader to join their team as Head of Implementation. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage an Implementation Team of over 60 employees across Germany and France, focusing on workforce development, high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contributing to company growth. You'll define strategy, manage chapter leads, optimize team allocation, foster collaboration, and act as a key liaison for client engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, IT management, project management, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred or demonstrable professional experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the software implementation or professional services domain
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in German and English
• In-depth knowledge of the software industry, software development processes, and emerging technologies
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve team goals
• Proven experience in leading and developing an international workforce as well as federating teams across locations
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
