Job Description
Jean&Len is seeking a Head of IT to build and develop its IT strategy, support infrastructure, drive digital transformation, and lead a team. The role involves overseeing IT operations, management of processes, and project implementation. It is a full-time permanent position for a location in Cologne, Germany.
Requirements
- Completed degree or training in IT environment
- Several years of professional experience in IT
- Solid knowledge of Business Central
- Experience in IT project management (e.g. rollouts, migrations)
- Very good knowledge in IT architecture, IT security, process optimization and data protection
- Practical experience in leadership of IT and digitization projects
- Leadership aptitude with strategic thinking, hands-on mentality and team orientation
- Negotiable German and very good English skills
- Experience with agile project management or change management
