Production Engineer

Ajax Systems is seeking a Production Engineer to join their production management team. The role involves overseeing all production processes, managing the production team, and contributing to the sustainable growth of business through local expertise. The position reports to the Production Manager and is focused on process control, optimization, and product quality improvement.

Requirements

• BSc. or MSc. degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electronics Engineering or Electronic and Communication Engineering or any other technical engineering such as Mechanical, Control Automation Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production field
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of methods for process control and regulation at different stages of production
• Demonstrated experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience
• Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools and methods (e.g. Root cause analysis, failure mode analysis , Lean , Kaizen , 5S Gemba walks and etc.),
• Analytical skills and systems thinking
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• Strong planning, organizing, and following skills
• Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English
• Technical characteristics and requirements for products produced by the site, technology of its production, location rules
