Job Description
Ajax Systems is opening a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye. They are a leading developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe and have a global team of over 2,200 employees. The company has branches in Dubai, Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and more, providing a comprehensive solution for the security industry.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a department growth strategy.
- Effectively manage the technology department, coordinate team activities, and ensure key KPI achievement:
- Plan, monitor, and oversee technical maintenance.
- Create instructions following the company’s internal standards.
- Calculate and order spare parts and materials for equipment.
- Actively participate in the development and scaling of production equipment and systems.
- Report to senior management.
