Job Description
Ajax Systems is seeking a Talent Sourcing specialist to recruit candidates for their upcoming R&D (Research and Development) program. The role involves sourcing talent in various technical areas, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, and using analytics tools to track candidate progress. This is a full-time position with opportunities for development and impactful contributions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcing or Recruiter.
- Strong skills in using tools and technologies for search.
- Experience working with ATS (Lever).
