Supervisor, Maintenance

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance team's day-to-day activities to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order. You will be responsible for organizing and delegating daily plant maintenance needs, using problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues, and enforcing safety requirements and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with maintenance work development, planning, and scheduling
• Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Project management experience
• Strong general knowledge of industrial equipment and processes
• Strong leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution, and motivational abilities
