Dental Assistant

Dental Assistants to provide dental services and support for military personal and their families. Work in a military treatment facility, providing a range of dental assistant duties consistent with education, training, and experience. Must be a US citizen and obtain a T3 security clearance.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen in order to obtain a T3 security clearance
• Certificate or degree in Dental Assisting from a School of Dental Assistants approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA)
• Certification from a military dental technician or dental assistant 'A' school for at least 12 months experience within the preceding 60 months
• Perform aerosol-generating procedures in a high-risk environment and shall be able to be certified to wear an N-95 respirator of a brand commonly available to the enterprise
• Possess basic computer skills competency
• Provide two letters of recommendation written within the preceding two years from a manager, director, or direct supervisor of a Dental Assistant attesting to the HCW's applicable clinical skills
