Requirements

• Three years or more of experience in residential leasing
• Bilingual in English and French is mandatory
• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent (GED) is required
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Creative and excellent negotiator
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Availability to work weekends, as needed or directed
