Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, accounting or a related field
• Min 5 years of experience in real estate management
• Bilingual in English and French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and task management
• Knowledge of the Quebec Rental Board and landlord/tenant relationship
• Understanding of building systems
• Experience in managing a team of technicians
• Mastery of MS Office and Yardi Voyager
• Certifications in real estate management (an asset)
