They are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team, driving technical execution and fostering growth across the organization. The role involves mentoring and coaching engineers, ensuring operational excellence, and influencing engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, including experience at the Senior or Principal Engineer level
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Strong coding background with individual contributor experience in modern web technologies
• Track record of managing remote, distributed teams effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
