The Office Admin cum HR Intern supports the HR and administrative team in daily operations, gaining hands-on exposure to people processes and office coordination at Akselos Vietnam. The role contributes to employee experience, operational effectiveness, and internal coordination across teams.
Requirements
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Oversee facilities and ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Order office supplies (stationery, equipment), and liaise with vendors.
- Create, update, and maintain administrative documents and databases.
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding coordination, HR document preparation, and personnel document collection.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, recruitment process tracking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, including logistics for internal activities and internal communications.
- Assist with basic internal accounting tasks such as preparing payment and receipt vouchers.
- Support the recording and tracking of cash transactions and maintain the cash book under supervision.
- Assist with organizing and filing accounting-related documents for internal records.
