Job Description
Aksia, an alternative assets specialist, is seeking a Senior Investment Professional to lead a new initiative serving insurance companies. This role involves designing and implementing insurance client strategies, fundraising, structuring insurance offerings, and establishing relationships with insurers. The position supports the development of specialized insurance solutions within the insurer portfolio and requires strategic partner development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in capital raising focused on the insurance market or as an investor/allocator.
- Experience structuring or investing in rated notes/feeders.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance capital and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to source and manage insurance company mandates.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- High degree of initiative, integrity, and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
