Job Description
Aksia, an alternative assets specialist, seeks a Senior Investment Professional for their Private Credit team. This role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring private credit investment opportunities, particularly direct investments and secondaries. The professional will lead the investment diligence process, support portfolio management, guide junior resources, and represent the team to external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience at a private credit or investment firm, a private markets allocator, an investment bank or related leveraged finance experience
- Strong understanding of credit analysis/documentation, credit restructurings as well as understanding of primary/secondary credit fund due diligence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail
- Ability to think analytically and critically
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, especially Excel, Power Point & Word
- Team player with the ability to effectively manage other professionals
- Strong work ethic, exhibiting a high degree of initiative, commitment and drive
