Job Description
AkzoNobel is seeking a Technical Service Representative to provide comprehensive technical support to customers in the North Germany region. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting products, handling complex questions, and recommending service measures.
Requirements
- Technical vocational training as a paint technician, in coating technology, or comparable
- Advanced qualification as a technician or university degree (e.g. in engineering)
- First work experience in application technology
- Experience in the selection and processing of coating materials
- Experience in corrosion protection for offshore wind turbines (advantageous)
- Further education FROSIO or NACE (desirable)
- Good MS-Office knowledge
- Fluent German and at least very good English knowledge
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Independent, proactive working style
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on mentality
- Flexibility and resilience
