Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join the Bus Division – FAMCO in the UAE. The role is responsible for leading workshop technicians, optimizing labor and resources per shift, and ensuring all bus repair and service activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Plan and allocate job cards to technicians based on skill set, efficiency, and workload to maximize workshop throughput
- Ensure effective utilization of workshop manpower and resources to meet operational efficiency targets
- Conduct and enforce quality checks on completed jobs to minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints
