We are looking for a highly skilled Master Technician to join the FAMCO Construction Equipment team based in DIP 2. The role is responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and repair activities on machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Perform removal, installation, disassembly, and assembly of machine components including engines, transmissions, axles, and related systems
• Carry out advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and inspections to identify faults and determine effective repair solutions
• Ensure zero customer complaints related to behavior, attitude, or professionalism
• Manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines and complete assigned work on time
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including job cards, service reports, and time sheets in line with ISO standards
