The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling commercial vehicle solutions to customers, driving business growth through strong customer relationships, and collaborating with Product and Regional Sales Managers to deliver competitive vehicle packages and after-sales solutions.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Trucks, Buses, and associated commercial vehicle solutions
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager to define, track, and deliver sales objectives by product line and territory
- Prepare accurate weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and margin analysis for management review
- Manage customer accounts through SAP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with reporting requirements
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and achieve high forecast accuracy with minimal variances at month-end
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning
- Ensure all proposals, quotations, negotiations, and customer interactions align with company policies, ethical standards, and governance requirements
