As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales operations for your assigned showroom portfolio, driving strategic execution to achieve ambitious business targets. Requirements
- At least 8 years in Sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership abilities: team motivation, development, and performance assessment
- Proven knowledge of customer service principles and customer satisfaction standards
- Basic proficiency in English; limited knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Deductive and inductive reasoning capabilities to solve complex business challenges
- Ability to guide, coach, and inspire teams
- Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and basic financial/accounting principles
- Knowledge of resource allocation, people coordination, and business administration
- Computer proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation tools, and database management
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem sensitivity, judgement, decision making, and analytical thinking
- Persistence, patience, and an assertive, persuasive sales approach
