Alair Homes Georgian Bay & Muskoka is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept to completion. They specialize in high-quality custom homes and renovations, utilizing a Client Control™ system for transparency. The role requires experience in residential construction and project management, with a focus on on-time delivery, on-budget execution and high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
