The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects on time, within budget, and with a commitment to quality.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
