Alantra is an independent global financial services firm that provides investment banking and asset management services to mid-market companies, families, and investors. The firm is seeking a Vice President – Maritime & Offshore Investment Banking to join its team in Athens, Greece.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, structured finance, merchant banking or investment management
- Strong track record executing complex debt and equity transactions in the maritime/offshore sector
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills
- Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in English
- Client-facing experience and ability to interact with senior management, investors, lenders and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring and team management capabilities
