We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Construction Manager for all Special Development Projects (SPD) in Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and delivery from Inception to practical completion of all SPDs in Nigeria. This role will require travel to different cities in Nigeria where SDPs are being performed.
Requirements
- Manage, monitor and delivery from Inception to practical completion of all SPDs in Nigeria
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to world class quality standards
- Manage and lead construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare status reports, including updated cost and planning forecasts
- Review and approve project budgets, expenditures, and timelines
- Coordinate with procurement department to ensure the final delivery of equipment/goods to site
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
