The Administrative Assistant will oversee office operations, manage phone and email, and assist with events and meetings. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to type 60 words per minute, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The position involves working in a dynamic environment with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous administrative assistant or similar job experience
- Ability to plan, coordinate and balance logistics of a dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Teams, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work directly with the public, providing information and assistance as needed
