Senior HR Advisor (Part Time)

Albert Bartlett, a leading British family-owned potato brand, is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide expert guidance to both management and employees. This part-time role will focus on HR functions, employee relations, and contributing to a positive work environment through strategic HR advice, recruitment, and compliance. The role supports both Backshift and Weekend operations.

Requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it
• Proven experience in an HR advisory role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations
• Experience in managing employee relations and HR policies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
