Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing or advertising
- Minimum of three years marketing experience in a corporate environment, advertising, or media agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Resourceful, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as email marketing platforms like Marketo an asset
- Strong marketing automation experience with the ability to build, optimize, and report on automated journeys using platforms like Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar martech
- Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify trends, and translate insights into clear marketing actions
