The Occupational Health and Safety (contact centre) Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for employers, workers, industry partners, and unions seeking clarity on the Occupational Health and Safety Act, regulation, and Code.

Requirements

• Provide authoritative interpretation and Information on the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations, and Code to employers, workers, and stakeholders
• Receive, assess, and document serious incidents
• Promote workplace safety through legislative requirements
• Liaise with internal partners
• Maintain accurate records, referral pathways, and knowledge resources
