We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Performance and Prioritization to join our leadership team and play a critical role in shaping AGCO's expanding mandate and future success! The successful candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and steady-state oversight of measurement and analysis of operational performance, as well as continuous improvement and effectiveness across the agency.
Requirements
- Ensure that the AGCO is positioned to advance the achievement of Corporate Performance objectives.
- Monitor the performance of the organization against the established performance measures and identify deviations and initiate a root cause analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for ongoing continuous improvement for the branch and across the agency through collaborative reviews with senior management based on strategic goals and performance measures.
