AI Value Engineer (f/m/d)

We are looking for an AI Value Engineer to own the full customer value lifecycle and translate customer challenges into clear GenAI solutions. You will work on every stage of the customer lifecycle, from identifying use cases to driving training and adoption.

Requirements

• Strong technical background with ability to understand data, GenAI concepts, and translate business needs into clear solution requirements.
• Experience in value discovery and use-case prioritization, especially in tech or data-driven environments.
• Solid stakeholder and project management skills, working effectively with both business and IT teams.
• Ability to estimate technical effort and plan delivery in a structured and realistic way.
• Commercial mindset, able to support renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and understand the financial impact of solutions.
