Requirements

• Fluent in German and English languages
• Strong experience in customer/partner education, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Digital Customer Experience or related field within technology or software industries
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-impact learning programs and teams
• Experience launching or scaling learning platforms or academies from early stage
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to measure and optimize program effectiveness
• Proven experience in tech enablement with a track record of building and scaling internal and external programs
• Strong understanding of GenAI or adjacent technologies or the ability to ramp up fast
• Confident delivering presentations and trainings to customers including executives
• Experience leading a team and working cross functionally in a fast-moving environment
